Estella Mariz Catering started on August 8, 2008. Estella is the owner’s name while Mariz came from a Chinese fortune teller. It all started with growns rental only, but their clients are always looking and asking for catering services. Estella Mariz started to tie up with Ian’s catering, but because of Ian’s catering bunch of clients, they can no longer associate with Estella Mariz. Estella Mabanta Sison, the owner, started to have their own catering service with the help of Ian’s catering by lending their equipments to Estella.
